Custom Development Options
Peptide identity & formula
Peptide sequence or specification, molecular weight, purity, carrier system, target amount, film dimensions and analytical approach are reviewed together.
Taste & product experience
Flavor, sweetness, film thickness, disintegration, residue and individual sachet presentation are optimized around the representative peptide load.
Stability & packaging
Moisture, oxygen, light, pH and processing sensitivity inform the formulation, high-barrier sachet selection and finished-product stability plan.
Development Considerations
Peptides are not one interchangeable ingredient class. Source, sequence, purity, counterions, solubility, hydrolysis or oxidation risk, effective dose and destination-market status can differ materially. The proposed ingredient must therefore be assessed in its exact commercial form. A visually attractive film is not sufficient: identity, assay, uniformity, disintegration, sensory performance and packaged stability require suitable specifications and methods.
Request a Feasibility Review
Send the peptide specification, proposed amount per strip, target market, desired flavor, pack count, forecast and intended positioning. Our team will review whether the concept is technically and commercially suitable for OEM, private label or custom ODM development.
